Inspiration comes from so many different places. We all need a little inspiration now and then…and probably more frequently than you think you need it!
You don’t need to search for it. You just need to be aware that it’s all around you.
I’m traveling this week and was excited about where I would encounter inspiration.
I received it from how the late afternoon light hit the mountains surrounding Salt Lake City.
I was inspired by how a new friend and colleague handles a degenerative disease with grace.
I was inspired by ideas from interesting people.
As you can see, inspiration doesn’t need to come in the form of a thunderbolt. In fact, it comes from everyday life. All you need to do is be open.
If you go from day to day with your mind closed and burdened by all the challenges in your life, it will be hard to receive inspiration.
Who knows? The little flashes you receive may be just the thing to unburden some of those challenges.
