The process includes the following steps:

1. Assessment: Prior to the retreat, we send you some surveys and questionnaires that you complete in advance.
2. Evaluation: We take this data and analyze your current situation. We arrive at some preliminary conclusions that create the starting point for the retreat.
3. Collaborative brainstorming and idea generation: This is the essence of Day One of the retreat. We facilitate a brainstorming session where you generate as many ideas as you can.
4. Synthesis: On Day Two of the retreat, we cluster the ideas, focusing on the core strategies that emerge from the prior day’s idea generation and brainstorming.
5. Recommendations: We take the output from Day Two of the retreat and prepare a working plan for the coming year, with specific recommendations for the first 90 days.
